RE: Hanslope Long Street, Mulberry Developments Section 278 completion works.
Please be advised that road improvement works will be commencing along Hanslope Long Street, frontage of The Mulberry Developments Site. The works are being carried out by South Midland Plant on behalf of Mulberry Developments as part of a Section 278 agreement. These works will comprise of a road closure so that the carriageway can be resurfaced and outstanding section 278 works completed. The road closure will be operational Monday to Friday between the hours of 09:30 – 15:30 off peak hours only.
The program for these works gives a start date of 25th June 2018 and estimated completion date of 30th June 2018. The works have been programmed for 5 working days but we anticipate the road will be opened sooner.
A letter drop will be made by the developer informing the residents of Hanslope of the works and expected dates.
A traffic management plan has been designed showing the exact location of the closure and the diversion route for your information.
